Responsibilities
  • Coordinates, prioritizes & organizes improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit​
     
  • Manages or leads relevant, strategic & operational business challenges​
     
  • Fosters a continuous improvement mindset with respective methods and tools ​
     
  • Supports and/or orchestrates the Hoshin Kanri process for the site
     
  • Supports and/or orchestrates productivity generation activities ​
     
  • Coaches peers & key managers inside the unit on the promotion & use of AOS ​
     
  • Acts as a thought leader for an Agile & Lean mindset ​
     
  • Advances AOS through sharing of success stories & recognition of stakeholders ​
     
  • Orchestrates, coaches & leads AOS community & key enablers​
     
  • Drives, motivates & manages AOS qualifications of employees ​
     
  • Active member of the global, companywide AOS community ​
     
  • Collaborate with the AOS office to execute the AOS strategy​
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
•    5  years of practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles and tools
•    5 years of project management experience gained through both strategic and tactic change projects
•    Business fluent in local language and English 
•    Experience influencing and communicating effectively with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives, including leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting business outcomes to leadership teams.
•    Ability to travel to other locations for training or project support (limited)

WE VALUE 
•    A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 
•    A Master of Business Administration is a plus
•    Experience in various areas of operations is strongly preferred, i.e. production, planning, procurement, logistics or similar
•    Successful track record in leading without formal authority 
•    Proven experiences in driving results & coaching teams/peers across departments
•    Experience in developing and sustaining networks / communities 
•    Leadership qualities & experience in motivating and developing diverse teams 
•    8 Years (Director) 6 years (Sr. Manager) of Practical experience facilitating improvement events 
•    Ability to Inspire & lead without authority 
•    Alignment to Honeywell Aerospace values, behaviors and principles, with experience and focus on customer outcomes, transformation, innovation, end-to-end ownership, and teamwork
