Main Responsibilities
• Providing information, after careful data collection, regarding the internal or external production of components and equipment.
• Creation, release, and modification of production orders (Shop Orders).
• Checking the completeness and consistency of technical information (BOM, cycles, material codes).
• Daily monitoring of order status and resolution of blockages or anomalies.
• Timely closure of orders in the ERP system and verification of consumption, times, and costs.
• Cost analysis of closed orders for each project, with subsequent reporting.
• Participation with Production and Planning in the drafting of the Production Plan.
Key Skills
• Advanced knowledge of ERP modules dedicated to production.
• Good command of metalworking production processes.
• Precision, operational problem solving, analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
• Knowledge of supply chain dynamics, order management, and production logic.
• Entering and updating data related to orders and bills of materials on ERP.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data within management systems.
• Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools.
Requirements and Professional Experience
• Technical diploma or degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in similar roles (production, planning, production control, logistics).
• Previous experience in verifying purchase orders and production for orders.
• Experience in data analysis for the optimization of production and management processes.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics365 ERP system is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent reporting skills to quickly involve all relevant company departments.
• Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with multiple departments.
