We are looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our Oklahoma City team. In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in delivering high-quality medical technologies that improve lives. What will you be doing?
- Leading and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to enhance efficiency and performance
- Managing and developing a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement
- Collaborating cross functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams to optimize operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards within a highly regulated environment
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Supporting strategic planning and contributing to long term operational goals
What will you need to be successful?
- Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, typically 7+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing teams
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience working within regulated industries, preferably medical devices
- Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
