Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Execute production schedule, monitor production performance (output, yield, efficiency, downtime) and take corrective actions to meet targets.

  • Plan and manage shift scheduling and manpower deployment to achieve desired production outputs.

  • Recruit, train, and develop permanent and temporary manpower to meet production requirements.

  • Conduct employee performance reviews based on defined KPIs and job roles to assess competency, productivity, and contribution.

  • Ensure all operators are trained on the latest operating procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements.

  • Monitor and improve key production KPIs such as OEE, yield, throughput, wastage, and labor productivity.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

  • Ensure timely and accurate production reporting in SAP, including output confirmation and BOM updates.

  • Ensure full compliance with Corporate and site EHS, PSM, ISO / FSSC / GMP / GHP / Food Safety standards and procedures.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Food Technology or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food or FMCG industry, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

  • Strong experience in production/operations management with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

  • Proven ability to drive cultural change, foster collaboration, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within timelines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Food Safety, and regulatory standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, FAMI-QS, Halal, Kosher, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
