Where You’ll Make a Difference
Execute production schedule, monitor production performance (output, yield, efficiency, downtime) and take corrective actions to meet targets.
Plan and manage shift scheduling and manpower deployment to achieve desired production outputs.
Recruit, train, and develop permanent and temporary manpower to meet production requirements.
Conduct employee performance reviews based on defined KPIs and job roles to assess competency, productivity, and contribution.
Ensure all operators are trained on the latest operating procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements.
Monitor and improve key production KPIs such as OEE, yield, throughput, wastage, and labor productivity.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Ensure timely and accurate production reporting in SAP, including output confirmation and BOM updates.
Ensure full compliance with Corporate and site EHS, PSM, ISO / FSSC / GMP / GHP / Food Safety standards and procedures.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Food Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food or FMCG industry, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong experience in production/operations management with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.
Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Proven ability to drive cultural change, foster collaboration, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Food Safety, and regulatory standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, FAMI-QS, Halal, Kosher, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
