Role:

We’re hiring a Production Manager to build and lead the production infrastructure behind ACQ Media and the personal brands of Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa. This role is for someone who has managed full production pipelines at scale and can point to predictable, studio-level execution across multiple concurrent projects.

ACQ Media is the in-house media engine producing long-form series, podcasts, and daily short-form content that reaches millions globally. Our media is engineered to drive measurable brand growth and business impact. We operate like a studio with structured workflows, repeatable systems, performance visibility, and AI-native production infrastructure.

In this role, you will own the operational backbone of our media department across pre-production, filming, and post-production handoffs, often managing two to three production batches simultaneously. You will oversee casting workflows, run-of-show development, vendor coordination, crew logistics, budgeting, asset integrity, and cross-functional communication while ensuring execution remains predictable as output scales.

This is a management role based in Las Vegas. We are looking for a proactive, systems-driven operator who does not need to be taught how sets run or how production timelines are structured. You actively leverage project management software and AI tools to increase visibility, coordination speed, and operational precision.

Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end production flow across multiple concurrent batches, ensuring predictable execution from casting and pre-production through filming and post handoff.

  • Build and manage detailed production timelines, run-of-show documents, call sheets, vendor coordination, crew logistics, travel, locations, and contingency plans.

  • Lead operational oversight on shoot days, maintaining schedule discipline, communication clarity, and studio-level standards under pressure.

  • Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management while identifying efficiencies without sacrificing quality.

  • Enforce clean asset management, file structures, and version control to ensure zero lost footage and frictionless post-production workflows.

  • Implement and optimize project management software and AI-driven systems to increase visibility, coordination speed, and operational precision.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing production flow in a professional studio, agency, broadcast, digital-first, or news-style production environment.

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent production batches with complex, multi-step processes.

  • Strong experience with project management software such as Monday, Asana, or similar platforms, with the ability to build structured production systems.

  • Proven ownership of budgets, vendor coordination, crew logistics, and run-of-show documentation.

  • Systems-oriented, proactive operator who leads confidently in high-pressure environments and actively integrates AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Results:
  • Production pipelines run smoothly across multiple concurrent batches without missed steps or preventable delays.

  • Shoot days operate on schedule and at consistent studio quality with clear run-of-show execution.

  • Zero lost footage with organized, searchable asset archives and clean post-production handoffs.

  • Teams operate with clarity and confidence, knowing what to do and when to do it.

  • Operational systems scale to support increased output without increased chaos.

Location:
  • Las Vegas, NV (3 days onsite per week)

  • Onsite attendance is required for all on-set filming days

  • Support for relocation to Las Vegas will be provided

  • Light travel may be required

Compensation:
  • $80,000 - $90,000 base salary

  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive, evolving benefits package designed to support your health, family, and wellbeing. Some key offerings:

  • Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, & Vision plans

    • $1,950 annual Employer HSA contribution
