About the Opportunity

Maslow Media Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to support corporate production initiatives for a leading organization in Princeton, NJ.


The Production Manager will take ownership of productions from initial concept and pre-production through execution, post-production, and final delivery. This role will oversee schedules, budgets, vendors, crews, logistics, resources, and deliverables while working closely with internal stakeholders, creative and communications teams, technical resources, and external production partners.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, hands-on production professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate challenges, make sound decisions under pressure, and keep productions moving in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead corporate production projects from initial concept and pre-production through execution, post-production, and final delivery.

  • Serve as the primary production lead, ensuring schedules, budgets, resources, logistics, and deliverables remain on track.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define production objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, technical requirements, and execution strategies.

  • Develop and manage detailed production schedules, workback plans, budgets, resource plans, and key milestones.

  • Coordinate and lead internal and external production resources, including agencies, production companies, freelancers, crews, technical teams, and vendors.

  • Manage production logistics, including locations, crews, equipment, facilities, travel, talent, and technical requirements.

  • Lead production meetings, establish next steps, and keep stakeholders and production partners aligned.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and potential roadblocks and develop solutions before they impact production.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, schedules, production requirements, and unexpected challenges.

  • Manage vendor and production partner relationships and hold partners accountable for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance.

  • Manage production budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, and related financial documentation.

  • Oversee a variety of production formats, including video, photography, digital, live, virtual, and hybrid productions.

  • Partner with creative and communications teams to translate creative concepts and business objectives into executable production plans.

  • Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, motion graphics, audio, color correction, captioning, versioning, approvals, and final asset delivery.

  • Review final deliverables for quality, accuracy, consistency, technical integrity, and adherence to project and brand requirements.

  • Ensure production documentation, approvals, usage rights, releases, licensing, and related materials are properly secured and maintained.

  • Maintain accurate production schedules, budgets, vendor documentation, project files, and other critical production information.

  • Manage multiple concurrent productions and adjust resources and execution plans as priorities evolve.

  • Communicate production status, risks, budget considerations, dependencies, and recommended solutions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, vendor performance, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Take ownership of special projects and high-priority production initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, media production, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 8+ years of professional production experience, with significant experience leading complex corporate, media, live, video, or related productions.

  • Proven experience managing productions from planning through execution, post-production, and final delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, vendor management, logistics, and execution.

  • Experience managing multiple complex productions involving internal stakeholders, external vendors, production partners, and technical resources.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can change quickly.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.

  • Ability to anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions quickly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

  • Experience managing production budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliations.

  • Ability to understand creative, technical, and operational requirements and translate them into actionable production plans.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and organizational levels.

  • Professionalism, flexibility, composure, and sound judgment when managing high-priority productions and tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated corporate environment.

  • Experience working within established corporate brand, legal, compliance, privacy, and approval processes.


Salary - $120k - $130k
