Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and People Development

  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of production teams across multiple shifts, ensuring alignment with expectations and customer requirements.

  • Manage the development and performance of team members in compliance with legal requirements and FPM values.

  • Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to ensure operational readiness.

  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative working environment and support the continuity of the site culture.

Production and Process Management

  • Manage daily manufacturing activities for multiple shifts in alignment with production standards, customer specifications, and performance objectives (quality, volume, waste).

  • Adjust operating processes when required to maintain production continuity and meet performance targets.

  • Ensure accurate registration and documentation of production data according to internal and external regulations.

Technical Oversight and Operational Troubleshooting

  • Ensure necessary technical interventions are carried out safely and according to established procedures.

  • Provide team support and coordination during maintenance activities.

  • Solve operational issues in straightforward situations, analyzing solutions using experience and established procedures.

Safety, Culture and Working Environment

  • Ensure safe operation of equipment and enforce compliance with all safety instructions and procedures.

  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsible behavior throughout the teams.

  • Reinforce site values, policies, and behavioral expectations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Additional specialist training or further education in relevant process or operational excellence topics.
Experience: 5-8 years of leadership experience in an industrial or multi‑shift environment. Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and ensure operational continuity. Significant experience in production line operations within a technical environment (mechanical, ideally plastics or textiles).
Knowledge: Good understanding of operational best practices and how team workflows integrate into the broader production process. Awareness of competitive factors and elements that differentiate FPM products and processes in the market. Technical understanding of equipment functionality and standard production processes.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and fluency in local language required.
