Responsibilities- Manage daily testing production operations to meet scheduling, efficiency, and quality targets.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, driving a zero-defect culture.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and operators, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material availability and production scheduling.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to improve uptime and efficiency.

- Ability to lead and develop a diverse workforce of 200+
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing
