The Autonomous Vehicles (AV) team is searching for a highly motivated, highly technical Product Manager to define and build the future of NVIDIA's self-driving software.
Our mission is to build and scale self-driving technology at light speed – from L2 driving to L4 robotaxis. We work with multiple OEM partners globally, and our software will be used by millions of customers worldwide. If this sounds like an exciting challenge, read on!
In this role, you will take ownership of the core NVMap components for NVIDIA’s L3/L4 autonomous driving solutions. You are required to gain in-depth understanding of all map-related requirements for L3 and L4 systems.
Externally, you will conduct requirement alignment on L3/L4 maps with upstream and downstream partners, and provide clear, long-term product input specifications.
Internally, you will align delivery targets with internal teams, track delivery risks proactively, and guarantee on-time business delivery.
Work collaboratively with other technical product managers and technical leads to understand the sophisticated self-driving problems we are solving, and to break down these problems into a solution with prioritized technical requirements.
Interact directly with engineering leaders to convert those requirements into industry-competitive roadmaps enabling our entire system to achieve end to end goals.
Coordinate and collaborate with teams and internal customers to deliver those roadmaps: communicate and resolve bottlenecks, address issues, and measure outcomes.
Develop a deep technical understanding of the entire stack, but especially in your area of ownership, to proactively identify areas of improvement and investment, influencing technical direction
Strong technical skills, including experience in L3/L4 Map in autonomous vehicles for driving, or ADAS systems.
Driven, hands on, leader with strong skills in communication, influencing, and multi-functional team building across time zones
Creative problem solver who can handle ambiguous situations, reach consensus, and make decisions
Execution focus, with experience bringing new and innovative products and technologies into reality
8+ years of recent Product or Program Management experience
BS/MS Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Relevant domain knowledge/experience (L3/L4 Map, Map fusion, RoboTaxi)
Experience in a fast-paced AI company or Autonomous Vehicle company
Proven technical background in a related field, such as experience as a software engineer, systems engineer, ML engineer, or similar
Showing you always strive to learn new things, are motivated to solve hard problems, and that you care about the end product

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
