    • Ensure proper implementation of food safety procedures across all production lines.
    • Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Team Leadership & Workforce Management
    • Lead, supervise, and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators.
    • Plan workforce allocation according to production priorities.
    • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
    • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Identify training needs and support employee development.
  • Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
    • Ensure production equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
    • Report equipment breakdowns and operational issues promptly.
    • Monitor equipment performance to reduce downtime.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
    • Monitor and report production KPIs, including output, efficiency, downtime, waste, and labor productivity.
    • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
    • Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to the Plant Manager.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5–7 years of experience in production within the food manufacturing industry.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or section head position.
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations.
    • Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
    • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.

Skills Required
