Production Line Operators

Siamo alla ricerca di un Operatore di Linea turnista presso il nostro stabilimento produttivo di Merlino (LO) ove avviene la produzione di Cavi Speciali per clienti appartenenti a diversi settori industriali (ferroviario, navale, oli&gas, etc).

Il/La candidato/a, dopo un adeguato periodo di formazione previsto con affiancamento a personale con esperienza, dovrà acquisire le conoscenze per condurre la linea di produzione in autonomia.

Attività da svolgere:

-          Caricamento materiali/semilavorati;

-          Set-up della linea secondo le indicazioni riportate nella bolla di produzione;

-          Impostazione manuale di parametri sul macchinario e marcatrici;

-          Supporto in fase di confezione del prodotto;

-          L’attività lavorativa si svolge su turni avvicendati;

Abilità:

-          Forte motivazione all’apprendimento e disponibilità a recepire le istruzioni e conoscenze fornite da colleghi;

-          Attenzione agli aspetti di sicurezza e precisione nell’osservanza delle norme in tema di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza;

-          Disponibilità a lavorare con colleghi;

-          Automunito.

Formazione:

-          Diploma tecnico (requisito preferenziale);

-          Esperienza pregressa nel campo o in ambito produttivo;
