Description
DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the organization's worldwide testing equipment, manufacturing equipment , facilities and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company equipment needs and technical requirements, for all the company sites at global perspective.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with external contractors.
- Plan and manage infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects.
- Manage maintenance, equipment and testing equipment budgets, procurement, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Generate reports and track maintenance KPIs.
- Ensure 24/7 plant and facility operation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plant engineer/ maintenance/infrastructure managerial roles, with 6+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, RF- Significant advantage
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plant engineering/maintenance/infrastructure managerial roles.
- At least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and RF systems.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
