  • Ensure job paperwork, artwork or production information, and garments move through all required processes and are complete before staging.
  • Expedite ready work to the appropriate production area and stage jobs accurately for placement into the work queue.
  • Review open-order and readiness reports daily; research gaps, reconcile discrepancies, and take action to keep orders moving.
  • Coordinate with pre-production, receiving, inventory control, warehouse, and embellishment teams to align priorities and handoffs.
  • Communicate schedule risks, missing materials, quality concerns, and other roadblocks clearly and early to the appropriate team members.
  • Make sound, timely decisions when priorities shift, balancing safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Help identify more efficient ways to move work through the operation.
  • Contribute to a safe, healthy, welcoming, and Lean-oriented working environment.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members across functions and levels.
  • Confident, solution-oriented decision making and the ability to identify and remove roadblocks.
  • Ability to pivot quickly, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
