2. To monitor, control and implement the cost reduction and waste elimination programs in TCF Operation.
3. To manage the operation and process on in line Quality keeper to secure the quality of produced units before delivery to customer.
4. To introduce, implement, monitor and control any Engineering Change Notification from the principal company until all the process at production line stable.
5. Analyzing the production performance with respect to safety, quality, cost, delivery moral (SQCDM) and other operations related indicators.
6. To lead all the program related to QMS (Quality Management System) in the production line.
7. Monitoring and analyzing the quality data for the improvement action plan related to TCF Assy process.
8. To plan and perform all the KAIZEN and improvement activities required by production operation.
9. Any other jobs as relevant will be assigned from time to time by a superior or Top Management.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. To make sure all the Standard Work Sheet (SWS) / Operation Point Sheet (OPS) are updated and followed, through the regular in line/process audit by PE team.
12. Responsible to control their own respective departmental documents by ensuring the documents:
a) Has been approved, reviewed, and updated by immediate superior before sending it for registration.
b) remain legible & readily identifiable.
c) With relevant versions of the applicable document are available.
