What You’ll Do

  • Plan, define, and optimize manufacturing processes for UAV system production
  • Translate engineering designs into practical, scalable production workflows
  • Work with R&D to bring new products from prototype to production
  • Create and maintain work instructions, assembly documentation, and technical procedures
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead hands-on improvements in the production line
  • Set up production workstations, tools, and equipment for new programs
  • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with quality and testing teams to ensure product standards are met
  • Support supply chain and logistics teams with technical input on production requirements
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency


Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years + of experience in a similar role within aerospace manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes – mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and system-level builds
  • Project planning skills and a knack for keeping timelines and teams aligned
  • Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
  • Solid understanding of technical documentation and work instructions
  • Comfort working in a highly regulated environment with strict quality requirements
  • Fluency in English

Skills Required
