Job DescriptionPosition Overview:
As the Production Engineer at Don Construction Products (DCP) in KSA, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process and planning activities. Your primary objective is to maximize production output while ensuring high-quality standards and efficient resource utilization. You will play a key role in aligning production capabilities with customer demand and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Production Management
- Develop and implement daily production plans that align with customer orders and overall operational objectives.
- Ensure that production goals are consistently met while adhering to quality standards.
- Monitor production workflows, adjusting processes as necessary to enhance efficiency and output.
Production Planning
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules accordingly.
- Optimize production processes to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and operational efficiency.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and production delays.
- Collaborate with other departments to address operational challenges impacting production.
Maintenance Oversight
- Ensure all production machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee regular maintenance activities.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on production performance, planning metrics, and team achievements to management.
- Analyze production efficiency and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, material chemical or any related field.
Languages:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required, both verbally and written.
Years of experience:
- 0-2 years of experience required for this role.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, planning techniques, and quality control methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve production and planning objectives.
