As a Production Designer you will be responsible for designing and preparing files for printing. You will use a strong background in design, print, and knowledge of efficiencies to set the standards for our work.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Copywriter and other members of the department to concept and refine ideas
  • Present and discuss creative work internally
  • Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
  • Articulate direction to fulfillment partners (printers, etc.)
  • Liaise with counterparts in other disciplines of marketing (from traditional to social) to ensure integrated work
  • Lead the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation in the marketplace
  • Other duties as assigned that support the overall agency, department and program goals
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Portfolio of produced work
  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience working full-time as a creative person
  • Superior visual problem-solving skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, as well as PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
  • Strong researching skills
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and flexibility in daily work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability
  • Presentation skills strong organization/time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to project manage and handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced agency setting

This role reports to the head of Creative Services.
