ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities- Communicate with project stakeholders regarding project specifics and outcomes.
- Support in project planning and execution.
- Facilitate coordination, tasks management and oversight of project tasks and outcomes.
- Monitor and communicate project progress and delivery schedule.
- Monitor and report on artist performance and output quality.
- Carry out administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, creating invoices, and supporting in estimate.
- Coordinate Concept artist availability and cross-project allocation.
- Coordinate training plans and track artist development progress.
- Execute additional tasks as delegated by the Art Producer and Production Manager efficiently in a timely manner.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Coordinator, Administrator, or Assistant roles within Project, Production, Operations, or Business functions
- Strong English proficiency with fluent communication, and solid skills in synthesizing, analyzing, and distributing information.
- Prior experience as a Coordinator/Assistant in Art Production / Game Development is a plus.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for gaming, including hands-on gameplay experience, is a plus.
Skills Required
