The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Production Control Supervisor who brings strong decision-making skills and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll help drive production scheduling and accuracy throughout the production process while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversees the day-today operations of a group or groups of employees including the training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
- Provides data and analysis concerning departmental and individual performance. Evaluates, recommends, and implements changes in methods or procedures in assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Plans and schedules the work of a section, department or organization, or multiple sections, departments or organizations for maximum effective utilization of employees, equipment and material within budgetary, cost and quality standards.
- Estimates needs and assigns work to meet completion dates in accordance with schedules fixed by business plan, and or management.
- Fosters a safe work environment.
- Responsible for budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and procedural change.
- Promote methodology from the Toyota Production System to improve performance, increase efficiency, and eliminate waste by fostering a continuous improvement mindset and promoting the importance of root cause analyses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain or 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience
- Motivated self starter with the ability to work independently

- This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility - ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $73,840 - $94,670 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
