- Schedule production orders in SAP for work-in-process materials and verify proper processing to support production schedules.
- Reconcile material goods issues and receipts to production orders daily, ensuring inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
- Perform material tracing and audit manufacturing paperwork within SAP.
- Coordinate material and product changes.
- Plan and manage daily labor schedules to meet production demands while controlling overtime.
- Track and maintain SAP databases and production records; prepare reports in a timely manner.
- Attend management meetings to stay current on project status, production schedules, and operational updates.
- Train line employees and management on accurate SAP data entry.
- Support supervisors with planning and scheduling; help resolve production, scheduling, and shipping issues.
- Ensure compliance with company mission, values, policies, and standards of conduct.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of related experience in production control, manufacturing, or scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Windows-based systems.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow.
- trong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports from systems such as SAP.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in production labor scheduling preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train/support team members effectively
