- Lead and manage end-to-end ceramic production processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee daily production planning, organization, and execution to meet operational targets and business objectives.
- Supervise all production stages, including raw material preparation, forming, firing, glazing, finishing, and packaging.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control production costs, including materials, labor, and energy consumption.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing production teams across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality Control, Logistics, and Planning teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare regular production reports, analyze performance metrics, and propose actionable improvement plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably within ceramics, furniture, or export-oriented manufacturing.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale factory operations and leading multi-shift production teams.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Strong understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes, including material preparation, forming, firing, glazing, and finishing.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality systems
- Familiarity with machinery operations, basic maintenance, and energy efficiency practices.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in production systems and tools
- Good command of English for both technical and managerial communication.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands.
- Physically fit and willing to work full-time on-site in a factory environment.
