In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our products are securely packed, properly labeled, and staged efficiently for distribution. Job Responsibilities
- Accurately assembling, packing, and sealing boxes to prepare orders for shipping.
- Inspecting products and materials for damage or defects prior to packaging to ensure strict quality control.
- Applying correct shipping labels, routing tags, and packing slips to finished packages.
- Safely moving materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Collaborating seamlessly with your team to hit daily operational goals and packing deadlines.
- Upholding all company safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Following written instructions to complete customer orders.
- Working closely with your team and manager.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working as a Packager, Order Picker, or in a general production or warehouse role is a major plus.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to easily follow written and verbal packing instructions.
- Dependable transportation to the Davis facility to ensure consistent, on-time attendance.
- The ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience).
- Overtime: Overtime hours and shifts are available.
