About CreateMe

CreateMe is an AI robotics company pioneering automated manufacturing for soft materials, starting with apparel. Built on the belief that the Future of Fashion is Bonded™, the company has developed a unified platform that combines advanced robotics, proprietary adhesive bonding, and Physical AI to deliver a new standard of precision, consistency, and speed.

By replacing stitch-based construction with digitally applied adhesives and automated material handling, the platform enables localized, on-demand production that reduces waste, shortens supply chains, and improves recyclability by design. Core technologies include Pixel™ micro adhesive bonding, the MeRA™ robotic assembly system, and Thermo(re)set™ reversible adhesive science, advancements that make scalable, automated production possible within compact, localized facilities.

CreateMe partners with brands and manufacturers seeking to modernize how products are made. With more than 95 patents across robotics, adhesives, and Physical AI, the company is defining the infrastructure for bonded manufacturing globally.

Role Overview

CreateMe is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate to join the team based in our Newark, CA facility. This position is structured as a temporary-to-regular role, beginning with a 90-day introductory period.

You will support and own parts of our manufacturing team’s efforts in operating and maintaining novel automated apparel assembly equipment, while driving overall production performance in softgoods manufacturing.

This role reports to the Director, Manufacturing Operations. As part of the team, you will join our efforts in breaking down barriers to bring the traditional analogue textile industry into the digital age.

Join us on our exciting journey to redefine the apparel industry!

As the team and technology continue to scale, this position may take on expanded responsibilities over time — including deeper technical ownership of equipment, cross-training on additional production processes, and supporting training of new associates as the team grows.

This position is paid on an hourly basis, and is eligible for overtime (non-exempt).

Your schedule: Up to 8 hours per day starting at 6 am on weekdays, with weekend availability and some flexibility preferred, generally 5 days per week. During the interview process, we’ll work with you on the ideal schedule in the facility. (Example of a regular schedule with some flexibility: 4 weekdays starting at 6 am + 1 Saturday starting at 9 am, 8 hours/day.)

This position is structured as a temporary-to-regular role, beginning with a 90-day introductory period. During this time, employees are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits except where required by law. Upon satisfactory performance and completion of the introductory period, employees may be considered for regular full-time, benefits-eligible employment, which would be subject to a separate offer of employment.

This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship; candidates must have full authorization to work in the United States.

This role is onsite in Newark, CA and is not eligible for relocation assistance.
