Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will support daily operations within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards at our Archbold, Ohio facility. You will operate equipment, perform production tasks, and work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards for food safety and quality.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures
Perform production tasks including assembling, processing, packaging, and labeling food products
Inspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards
Assist with product changeovers, equipment setup, documentation, and reporting
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product quality issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them

Physical Requirements
More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
