1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., or Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Role Overview
The Production Associate performs simple to moderately complex assembly work to build Tolomatic products according to build sheets and assigned production requirements. This role uses written procedures, bills of operations, bills of materials, prints, tools, and measurement devices to assemble custom products that meet customer specifications. The Production Associate verifies measurements and documented requirements throughout the assembly process to support quality and production standards. Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work accurately across a changing variety of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble Tolomatic products according to build sheets, prints, written procedures, bills of operations, and bills of materials.
  • Use hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, aviation snips, and various drivers, safely and correctly.
  • Set and use torque wrenches and drivers to meet documented specifications.
  • Measure and record product dimensions using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other measurement devices.
  • Read gauges, graphs, and dials and interpret results to verify compliance with documented specifications.
  • Use computer systems, keyboards, mice, and scanners to open files, enter required data, and navigate to needed screens.
  • Build custom products accurately while adapting to changing product requirements and customer specifications.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to properly use a variety of hand tools, torque wrenches, and drivers.
  • Ability to read and accurately record measurements using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and similar devices.
  • Ability to read and understand written procedures, instructions, bills of operations, bills of materials, prints, and build sheets in paper or electronic form.
  • Basic computer skills, including opening files, logging in, selecting icons, entering data, and navigating screens using a keyboard, mouse, and scanner.
  • Ability to interpret gauges, graphs, and dials and compare readings with documented specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with a changing variety of custom products.

Compensation
$19-$21/hour. Signing bonus available.
