Represents the company in customer design reviews and provides technical leadership for high-visibility programs.

Performs repetitive machining operations, verifies finished work using inspection equipment and measurement methods, meets customer and quality specifications, completes jobs by scheduled due dates, and reports progress through the scheduling system.

Develop and maintain supplier quality processes, analyze quality data, conduct supplier and internal audits, lead continuous improvement, and support compliance. The role uses Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools to automate workflows and improve reporting. Responsibilities include resolving supplier and manufacturing quality issues, coordinating quality plans, and ensuring materials and products meet company and customer standards.

Assembles custom products according to build sheets, procedures, bills of materials, prints, and customer specifications. Uses hand tools, torque equipment, and precision measurement devices to verify dimensions and quality. Records measurements, interprets gauges and dials, enters production data into computer systems, and adapts accurately to changing product requirements.

Leads assembly operations and production teams to achieve safe, high-quality, on-time output. Responsibilities include coaching employees and supervisors, driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring production KPIs, improving safety and productivity, reducing waste, and collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. The role also establishes accountability, supports change, and strengthens operational performance.

Manage accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll support, reporting, and budgeting inputs for Tolomatic’s European operation. Coordinate orders, sales administration, purchasing, logistics, customs, inventory, and trade documentation. Support HR, compliance, office administration, suppliers, authorities, and corporate projects while communicating in German and English with European and US teams.
