We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.  
Qualifications

Employees are expected to follow all safety rules, policies, and safe operating practices while performing their daily responsibilities. Team members must adhere to established work instructions and complete all required quality checks in accordance with control plans and production standards. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to support operational needs and team performance.

This role may require the operation of pneumatic tools, hoists, and other production equipment, as well as the performance of minor maintenance and material handling activities associated with rear axle manufacturing. Operators are responsible for providing the small hand tools required to perform their assigned duties and must maintain excellent housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Success in this position requires strong teamwork, a willingness to assist fellow operators when needed, and the flexibility to perform multiple functions throughout the day to support material flow and achieve production objectives.
