Job Title: Production Associate- Hygro

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 am - 1:00 pm

Salary: $19.76 - $27.34/hour

Position Overview/Summary:

Helps to monitor, repair, and manufacture using production equipment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and monitors production equipment to produce quality desiccant media blocks.

• Follows instructions given to maintain a uniform process.

• Logs data into PC for each product produced.

• Cleans workspace and machinery daily.

• Helps to make repairs to machinery as needed

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Education: HS Diploma (Preferred: Vocational or trade school/Associate’s degree program)

• Skills: Mechanical ability, multitasking, Forklift experience, Microsoft Office experience, Organizational skills, Troubleshooting skills, must be a self-starter/proactive

• Experience: 1 year in manufacturing.

Physical Demands:

• Environment: Indoor 95%, Outdoor 5%

• Physical Demands: Occasional lifting, climbing, standing, and squatting.
