Principal Associate, Process Management & Product Operations
As a Principal Associate, Process Management and Product Operations, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for launching and managing products in a systematic way. This position will be responsible for designing, building, and orchestrating sustainable, repeatable processes to deliver quality customer and associate experiences.
You will regularly lead, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams and be seen as a strong operations consultant by business and strategy partners. Through the development and optimization of operating rhythms and launch planning, testing, and execution processes you will support bringing the Small Business Card product roadmap to life. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders to ensure resources are aligned and orchestrated to deliver both quality customer and associate experiences throughout the product development and launch lifecycles.
What you’ll do:
You’ll delve into process improvement methodologies
Prioritize changes with most business value and deliver on them in partnership with process and product leaders
Demonstrate leadership skills and supporting the Operations team’s vision, to increase speed to market, eliminate errors and reduce costs
Deliver key internal consulting engagements using a variety of techniques and tools (like BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma) to define, manage and improve processes.
Support projects and initiatives by partnering across Product, Marketing, Risk, Tech, Platforms, Operations, etc. to ensure processes are efficient and focus on key business objectives
Collaborate with process owners and different teams to develop effective new processes
Analyze and improve existing processes to ensure consistently great customer and associate outcomes
Review processes, platforms and technology end-to-end, through the eye of the business, customers and other key stakeholders, and introduce innovation into the ecosystem with impactful results
Contribute to and influence Operational Excellence mindset
Constantly develop your personal tool-kit of process improvement techniques, and actively share learnings across the team
The ideal candidate has:
Great attention to detail to understand key operational processes, systems and technology
Experience project managing large cross-functional teams and using BPM tools, LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes
Ability to work cross-functionally with lots of stakeholders to drive critical business decisions
A drive for continued learning through training opportunities and knowledge sharing to develop innovative solutions.
A good decision maker, able to bring a healthy, balanced approach to business with a strong customer focus
Experience in Complex problem solving
Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 2 years of experience in Project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
2+ years working with Tech teams
3+ years of experience in Process management
3+ years of experience in Project management
BPM, PMP, Six Sigma Certification
