The Product Manager, Customer Experience Enablement (CX) will be responsible for developing frameworks for assessing customer pain points, triaging, and prioritizing them caused due to gaps in E2E thinking. This role will specifically apply E2E customer experience for PayPal user agreements product by collaborating with various stakeholders across the enterprise.

Customer Experience(CX) is the overall experience of a customer with PayPal, based on all their interactions before, during, and afterusing our products or services. It is everything that affects acustomer'sperception and feelings about PayPal. Itencompasses every aspect of our offerings,includingpolicies, marketing, products, services, ease of use,reliability, customer service, and any other aspectthat engages with a customer directly or indirectly.The Customer Experience (CX) organization ischartered with improving our end-to-end customerexperiences, building the muscle of being customer-centric, and thinking end-to-endto deliver amazing Customer Experiences.
