This role is a senior designer in Product who leads the creation of intuitive, scalable user experiences for SaaS products, translating complex problems into clear workflows and high‑quality designs while influencing product direction, partnering closely with product and engineering, and ensuring consistency through strong design systems and agile execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advanced Product & Systems Thinking (Strategic UX Capability)
  • Connect design decisions to product strategy, business goals, and customer value.
  • Think in systems: information architecture, workflow mapping, edge cases, future scaling.

  • Anticipate long‑term UX implications of roadmaps and architectural decisions.

  • Transforming ambiguous or complex requirements into elegant, intuitive user experiences. 
  • Delivering polished, dev‑ready assets without needing supervision.
  1. Design Systems Leadership & Cross‑Product Consistency
  • Driving component library creation, maintenance, governance, and scalability. 
  • Partnering with engineering to align Figma → coded components at scale. 
  • Ensuring consistent patterns across modules, teams, and product lines. 
  • Coaching other designers in system usage and rationale.
  1. High-Impact Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Influence
  • Facilitating workshops, alignment sessions, and design thinking activities. 
  • Communicating design rationale persuasively to technical and non‑technical audiences. 
  • Acting as a trusted partner to PMs—co-owning discovery, prioritization, and solution definition. 
  1. Agile Delivery Excellence & Technical Fluency (SaaS Execution Competence)
  • Rapid iteration, sprint readiness, backlog input, and cross-functional ceremonies. 
  • Strong understanding of engineering constraints (frontend frameworks, responsive behavior). 
  • Ability to deliver dev-ready assets and partner during implementation. 
  • Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., product metrics, heatmaps, usage behavior) to inform decisions.


Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products, demonstrating strong end‑to‑end design execution, complex workflow design, and consistent delivery of high‑quality, dev‑ready solutions.
  • Health care knowledge

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

  • Expert proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Miro, prototyping tools) 
  • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive UI patterns 
  • Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to technical and non‑technical audiences 

·     Knowledge of front‑end fundamentals (HTML/CSS concepts) to support smooth engineering handoff 

  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled design tools (Figma Make, Lovable) and emerging design technologies 
  • Certifications in UX/UI, HCI, Design Thinking, or related fields (preferred)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products
  • Health care knowledge
