Job Summary:
This role is a senior designer in Product who leads the creation of intuitive, scalable user experiences for SaaS products, translating complex problems into clear workflows and high‑quality designs while influencing product direction, partnering closely with product and engineering, and ensuring consistency through strong design systems and agile execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Product & Systems Thinking (Strategic UX Capability)
- Connect design decisions to product strategy, business goals, and customer value.
- Think in systems: information architecture, workflow mapping, edge cases, future scaling.
- Influence product direction through data, research insights, and design rationale.
- Anticipate long‑term UX implications of roadmaps and architectural decisions.
- Expert-Level Interaction Design & User Research Execution
- User research (interviews, concept testing, usability studies).
- High-fidelity prototyping, interaction modeling, and complex flow architecture.
- Transforming ambiguous or complex requirements into elegant, intuitive user experiences.

Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products, demonstrating strong end‑to‑end design execution, complex workflow design, and consistent delivery of high‑quality, dev‑ready solutions.

- Expert proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Miro, prototyping tools)
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive UI patterns

· Knowledge of front‑end fundamentals (HTML/CSS concepts) to support smooth engineering handoff
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled design tools (Figma Make, Lovable) and emerging design technologies
