Product (UI/UX) Designer - Radicant team

At Holycode, we are currently looking for a Product (UI/UX) Designer with proven experience in design principles and, preferably, SaaS solutions. This is a full-time position based in our Belgrade office, collaborating with the Swiss-based fintech company Radicant.

Radicant is a Swiss fintech company providing next-generation banking and investment solutions that create a dual impact, benefiting both customers and the world. Licensed by FINMA, Radicant ensures compliance with industry standards and offers protection under the Swiss deposit insurance system.

What you will be working on:

• Working on a challenging and complex application, contributing to a product with a broad feature set and high user impact.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to define product requirements, user journeys, and use cases.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
• Translating insights into actionable solutions through wireframes, prototypes using Figma.
• Designing end-to-end product experience for our mobile and web application, from initial concepts to high-fidelity, developer-ready designs.
• Applying responsive and mobile-first design principles to ensure intuitive, accessible and scalable user experience.
• Enhancing and expanding the design system, including creating components from scratch.
• Iterating on designs based on user insights, stakeholder feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure smooth design implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, ideally in product-oriented companies.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience designing products from scratch.
• Strong Product design skills and knowledge of user-centered design, IA, accessibility, and usability.
• Experience designing both mobile and web applications; fintech or SaaS background is a plus.
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and willingness to evolve ours.
• Understanding both user and business needs, with the ability to identify improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a data-driven and outcome-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, prototyping, or research is a plus.
• A growth mindset, problem-solving attitude, and strong team spirit, open to feedback and impact-driven.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, UI skills, and experience with complex products and design systems.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
