We are looking for a creative and independent Product Test hardware Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. What you'll be doing:
Work on mechanical design with vendor for ATE HW and qualification for NPI and production.
ATE HW quality control and improvement.
Standardize production process flow / data management, building up robust system to support DFM.
Investigate operation HW related issue and problem solving.
Co-work with functional team to improve operation efficiency.
Evaluate new thermal material and application to improve thermal performance.
Act as a link between planner team and our key chip subcontractors to ensure the daily and weekly production schedule get performed as planned.
What we need to see:
MS degree on Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical with min. of 3+ years of working experience is helpful.
Good interpersonal communication skill, good English in verbal/written.
Experience in operation in wafer sort and final test is vital.
Export in change kit and socket design will be plus.
Experience in CP/FT/CPO operation process improvement is good.
Good problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills.
