Mobileye is looking for an experienced Product Team Manager to lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, multidisciplinary products.
We are looking for a strong product leader with excellent product vision, significant ownership, and the ability to quickly learn complex technologies while leading with curiosity, humility, and a hands-on mindset.
What will your job look like:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of experienced Product Managers.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and customer validation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with R&D, customers, BizDev, and cross-functional teams to drive products forward.
- Identify gaps, build processes where needed, and deliver effectively even in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technology, customers, market, and competitive landscape.
All you need is:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years managing a team of Product Managers.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in B2B products and complex, multidisciplinary technological environments.
- Experience in Physical AI, autonomous systems, robotics, computer vision, 3D/spatial technologies, or similar domains is a strong advantage.
- Strong product vision, strategic thinking, and product leadership capabilities.
- High sense of ownership, resilience, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
- A fast learner who can quickly understand complex technologies while bringing humility, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
- A software development or engineering background is an advantage.
Skills Required

- At least 2 years managing a team of Product Managers
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with B2B products and complex, multidisciplinary technological environments
- Strong product vision, strategic thinking, and product leadership capabilities
