We are searching for a skilled and seasoned product leader with a flair for creativity and exceptional problem-solving abilities to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge marketing platform.
Within the product team, you will take charge of key areas in our Data Collaboration platform. Your responsibilities will entail crafting the product roadmap and transforming the envisioned strategy into reality. In this capacity, you will guide a diverse team consisting of Product Managers, Product UX Designers, and Data Analysts. Collaborating closely with Appsflyer customers, GTM, and R&D teams, you will be instrumental in defining, constructing, and strategizing the product, all while liaising with business channels to enhance and standardize AppsFlyer’s core platform features and capabilities across all AppsFlyer products.
What you’ll do
- Driving product vision and roadmaps while leading a team to deploy and execute innovative solutions that deliver measurable results at scale.
- Mentoring and developing a high performing team of product managers, Product UX designers, and data analysts while partnering closely with engineering
- Lead your team to innovate product offering and think creatively under various constraints
- Collaborating with other teams, such as engineering, customer success, sales, partner development, and marketing to build world-class products
- Work with your partners across the product organization to develop new features and products that delight our customers
- Research and understand key customers, market trends, upcoming opportunities, and challenges.
- Work with our clients directly – Talk to customers, listen to customers, delight customers, surprise customers.
What you have
- +6 years of experience as a leading Product Manager in a SaaS company
- +2 years in leading a team of PMs, with exceptional leadership skills
- Technical experience in previous roles
- Strong leadership with the ability to drive cross-functional teams
- Great interpersonal skills, a true team player with a “can-do” approach
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and extract insights out of it.
- Experience in the design and development of scaled B2B Products and platform capabilities

- Practical knowledge of digital marketing and advertising technologies
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer system as a previous customer/partner
