ABOUT THE TEAM
 

Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) as the name indicates, provides support to clients using Temenos products which includes clients in the Implementing stage & clients already live on Temenos products. All support requests from these clients are handled by PACS
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Temenos Transact (T24). This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical proficiency in T24 Transact, Java, and middleware technologies.
If you have extensive experience working with Transact core modules, possess a solid understanding of Temenos frameworks, T24 architecture, and integration layers such as TAFJ, OFS, and REST APIs, and demonstrate a proven ability to diagnose and resolve client issues within defined SLAs while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, we would like to meet you. 

Seeking candidates (excluding candidates from Temenos partner company with Transact experience) with Temenos Transact expertise available to join within 30 to 45 days 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide proactive, clear, and timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Infrastructure, DBAs) to resolve complex issues efficiently with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and contribute to permanent fixes or provide appropriate workarounds.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge of various Temenos product architecture, runtime internals, Java integrations, and middleware technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle production critical issues.
• Demonstrate leadership potential, with a long-term path toward SME status in technology domains.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• BE/BTech candidates with 5–7 years of experience in T24 Transact product in technical support or development
• Strong hands-on experience in Temenos Transact(T24) modules.
• Practical working knowledge of Temenos frameworks
• Proficiency in debugging across T24 Core, integration layers, and Java customizations.
• Familiarity with JMS, Web Services and integration frameworks (optional but advantageous).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
