Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Product Support Senior Specialist. As a Product Support Senior Specialist, you will work both independently and with multi-domiciliary and multi-disciplinary teams. You will be providing technical support to the department by working with department staff and systems personnel in the analysis, design and support of proposed and existing applications. You will be assisting in the implementation of new applications and participating along to user testing, user training and documentation of changes in operational procedures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting would be an asset

Knowledge of fund accounting operations and financial activities

Fluency in English

Core business analytics skills including critical thinking, problem solving and ability to perform thorough root cause analysis

Communicate professionally, and constructively to effectively address and resolve problems with other sections and departments

Ability to work independently, in a team environment and effectively with virtual team

Ability to adapt and work in changing environment and quickly under pressure

Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and to learn and adapt to new products, technologies and models

Experience in Alternatives servicing will be considered a distinct advantage.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

Supporting existing user applications including but not limited to eFront
-
Participating in analyzing and designing automated solutions to business problems

Build SME knowledge to compliment Client Service, Alts Product in execution of investment case projects and deliverables

Review operational issues to identify product gaps and follow through on effective problem resolution with the supporting departments

Determine how changing business needs affect associated systems, products and processes

Propose insightful, knowledgeable, and effective solutions to business, operational and system problems
