Job Summary
The Product Support Intern is a self-starter, looking for a unique growth opportunity. This intern will be responsible for an array of tasks and projects that will challenge, inspire, and pave the foundational building blocks of their career.
As a Product Support Intern you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries utilizing both phone and Service Now case management system
- Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer satisfaction.
- Write and update knowledge base articles
- Gain experience working in Cybersecurity
- Observe, analyze, and propose process improvements suggestions and/or reports
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science or other related IT degree.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to Document a Technical Issue for escalation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
- Displays excellent judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm
- Located in Manila so that you would be able to travel to work atleast 3 days a week
- Available to work full-time Monday-Friday
