In this roles as Project Manager or Process Engineer at our Mariscala Plant, from day one, you'll work with groundbreaking technologies and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new ideas while focusing on continuous improvement, driving value creation, and enhancing overall operational performance. This roles involves leading meaningful projects that impact the production of globally recognized branded products.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Manager:
Support and assist in executing strategies within the team and organization.
Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category, ensuring clearly defined objectives are met.
Collaborate effectively with team members to maximize the impact of your work and enhance personal learning.
Work under direct supervision, adhering to established procedures and policies.
Process Engineering:
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as quality practices.
Manage the Document Management System for the production line to maintain organized documentation.
Mentor team members to improve processes and ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures.
Conduct evaluations and process mapping to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in operations.
Propose and implement solutions that streamline operations and reduce failures.
Utilize data management and visualization tools to analyze data and drive informed decision-making.
Facilitate the integration of new digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that improve sales performance and overall operational effectiveness.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
Data management and visualization tools (Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar).
Knowledge of project management methodologies and process engineering principles.
Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental standards and quality practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
Team orientation and a “can-do” attitude.
Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
Interest in sustainability topics.
Experience with digital solutions and their implementation.
Familiarity with loss analysis processes.
Experience in Beauty Care industries is desirable.
