Join Our Team as a Product Supply Intern at P&G!

As an intern, you'll play a key role in forecasting customer demand, leading production, and planning processes. You’ll be responsible for the information flow across the entire supply chain and take ownership for the physical flow from suppliers to production plants and ultimately to the shelves of our customers.
This role requires strong collaboration across functions, ensuring that we deliver the right product at the right place and cost.
What You'll Do:
During your internship, you will:
- Take Charge: Plan and prioritize projects, prepare budgets, supervise progress, and keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle—all while aligning with company goals and vision.
- Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
- Lead Change: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using validated verification techniques.
- Measure Performance: Apply project management tools to assess performance and report to management as needed.
- Build Partnerships: Collaborate with clients and relevant customers, establishing strong relationships.
- Lead Risks: Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Maintain Documentation: Create and keep comprehensive project documentation.
- Engage with Clients: Meet with clients to gather detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements.
- Track Performance: Analyze project performance to ensure the achievement of both short- and long-term goals.
- Meet Budgets: Ensure budgetary objectives are met and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop Skills: Continuously enhance your abilities and attend training to maintain proficiency.
- Document Needs: Create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to visualize requirements.
- Implement Standards: Develop and implement work processes and standards that align with P&G guidelines.

Job Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a University/Bachelor’s degree
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English.
- Personal Attributes: A positive, proactive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and operate with the end result in mind.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a desire to grow within a dynamic environment.
