• Perform market analysis via data mining and customer research to provide meaningful & actionable insight for the team and on-going projects

Phân tích thị trường qua nghiên cứu dữ liệu và khảo sát khách hàng nhằm cung cấp thông tin có ích, nâng cao năng lực & phục vụ các dự án của team

• Create new initiatives in diverse formats to support distribution channels in terms of product knowledge & proposition

Lên ý tưởng/ sáng kiến dưới đa dạng hình thức nhằm hỗ trợ các kênh phân phối liên quan đến kiến thức & định vị sản phẩm phù hợp với phân khúc khách hàng

• Assist in developing concept & design for new products, including concept testing among prospective customers & salesforce

Hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm mới, bao gồm việc thực khảo sát lấy ý kiến với khách hàng tiềm năng & đội ngũ kinh doanh

• Support product launch activities, including content development, coordination with marketing, training & distribution channels to ensure delivery of new products
