Responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to key accounts, medical professionals in private sector, hospitals and institutional accounts. The incumbent will report directly to Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Performs the calls on assigned customers at specified frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts.

  • Monitors customer stocks and purchases and negotiates orders to maximize sales potential.

  • Keeps customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.

  • Keeps records and reports on all activities.

  • Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.

  • Seeks out competitor information and communicates to his/her immediate Manager.

  • Provide market feedback and give suggestions

  • Organize and implement promotion activities like round table discussions, patient awareness program and effective marketing tactical support programs.

About you

  • University graduate, preferably degree holder in science

  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong analysing and planning capability

  • Good territory management skills

  • Able to work independently, self-motivated & result-oriented

  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

  • Positive working attitude with passion

  • Good command of oral and written English
