About Job
Responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to key accounts, medical professionals in private sector, hospitals and institutional accounts. The incumbent will report directly to Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities
Performs the calls on assigned customers at specified frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume.
Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts.
Monitors customer stocks and purchases and negotiates orders to maximize sales potential.
Keeps customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
Keeps records and reports on all activities.
Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
Seeks out competitor information and communicates to his/her immediate Manager.
Provide market feedback and give suggestions
Organize and implement promotion activities like round table discussions, patient awareness program and effective marketing tactical support programs.
About you
University graduate, preferably degree holder in science
At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry
Strong analysing and planning capability
Good territory management skills
Able to work independently, self-motivated & result-oriented
Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
Positive working attitude with passion
Good command of oral and written English
