- Work closely with the sales team to define customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and effective sales tools
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to formulate proactive counterstrategies
- Plan and execute product training and education programs for internal teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals
- Liaise with global marketing and engineering teams to communicate market feedback and reflect local requirements in product roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing in the medical device industry
- Strong understanding of critical care, hemodynamic monitoring, or perioperative workflow is preferred
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English
