Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer facing mobile money app, merchant interfaces, and back office tools
Implement a digital product vision and roadmaps that address today’s business needs & future growth.
Liaise and support the technical team to manage the platform performance, upgrades and other modifications
Be the champion for customer experience and ensure a clear differentiator in the delivered customer journey.
Spot trends and best practices across industries & provide inputs to improve current user experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field.
Min. 5 years of B2B or B2C product delivery experience, setting and executing product vision
Experience of product delivery in mobile financial services or the banking vertical will be an advantage
Outstanding communication skills are essential, particularly being able to explain technical concepts to people without deep technical knowledge
Strong track record of creating and delivering product strategies
Ability to build strong working relationships across wide and varied business areas, effectively manage stakeholders and bring people with you
Effective budget ownership and management
Experience of successfully managing suppliers and vendors
Skills Required
