Bosch Mobility Aftermarket Division
Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division of Bosch offers comprehensive products and services to the automotive spare parts sector and workshops worldwide.
The division manages its business activities in 17 countries in Türkiye and the Middle East region with over 150 employees located in cities such as Istanbul headquarters, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Adana, Dubai, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Mobility Aftermarket division produces spare parts, workshop equipment and services for all mobility devices such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles. Within the division there are different working departments such as sales, marketing, supply chain, technical support and training, communication, and franchise service management.
The Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division is also responsible for the development of the service network by providing end-to-end solutions to over 500 franchise service concepts such as Bosch Car Service and Bosch Diesel Service in the region.

Job DescriptionAs Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division, we are looking for our new associate as Product Specialist for Türkiye & Middle East Region who will be located in Maltepe, Istanbul.
Position: Product Specialist for Türkiye & Middle East
Department: Mobility Aftermarket Türkiye & Middle East Marketing
Working Style: Hybrid Working Model
Product Specialists (PS) in the sub-region customize the global Mobility Aftermarket (MA) portfolio to local market requirements. The PS are the product experts in customer discussions, and they collect and convey future product requirements to the product managers of the global business unit. Product manager of the business unit and product specialist in the region form the knee joint of the organization.
Product Specialist responsibilities:
- Align regional product strategies with global Business Units and Product Leads
- Act as the go-to expert for product-related discussions with customers and internal teams
- Identify and define local market needs and opportunities
- Monitor and analyze competitor products and market trends
- Develop and maintain product communication materials (e.g. campaigns, websites, shared folders)
- Manage list prices and recommended retail pricing (RRP)
- Ensure accuracy of EPOS (Product Potential Calculation System) data
- Coordinate responses to product-specific requests from central teams with the support of Channel Marketing and Sales
- Lead and follow up on joint projects and initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in the Mobility Aftermarket industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university; Master’s degree is considered an asset
- Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Customer-centric mindset, with a natural ability to build and maintain effective networks
- Collaborative team player, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
