Product Specialist - Mexico City

Position Summary:

• Product specialists collaborate with teams to ensure excellent product delivery to customers.
• Establish relationships with those who are part of the buying decision, for both distributors and end users in the Mexico Territory, to effectively position Carestream Dental solutions, focus on Digital Imaging Equipment product portfolio.
• Execute business plans for each customer including targets and strategies for expanding sales of products and solutions while retaining the customers.
• Deliver demonstrations and required technical/support information to prospective and current customers.
• Document all current and prospective sales activity, internally.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and related documentation as requested.
• Participate in trade shows and marketing events in person and virtually.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Demo products to clients in support of sales process.
• Occasional Travel within the Latin America Region required.

Required Skills:

• Subject Matter Expert in the Digital Imaging Equipment product portfolio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers about the products.
• Advanced attention to detail.
• English and Spanish speaker, Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in the Dental or Health industries preferred.
• Tender bids experience preferred.
• Experience attending distributors in the dental or medical field is preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Dental or Health industries
