- Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory and chain clinic accounts for the Aesthetics business, while ensuring all Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs are met.
- Execute territory management plans and ensure adequate coverage of assigned areas and accounts, including chain clinic headquarters and branch locations.
- Identify and secure new customers, primarily chain clinics, and develop joint business plans to grow Galderma's share of customers' business and drive sales growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on matters related to company products.
- Implement and execute marketing action plans to support the achievement of territory and key account sales objectives and targets, while continuously identifying new business opportunities.
- Plan and conduct assigned workshops on a regular basis.
- Support business activities and projects as assigned.
- Adhere to Galderma's Code of Ethics, Healthcare Professional (HCP) Compliance Standards, and applicable Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), Pharmacovigilance (PV), and Medical Affairs (MA) requirements.
- Support product recall activities or Field Safety Corrective Actions (FSCA), when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales or key account management experience in the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, consumer healthcare, or dermo-skincare industry.
- Proven B2B sales experience with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with customers.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and key account management skills are advantageous.
- Experience managing aesthetic GP, hospital, institutional, specialist clinic, or retail pharmacy accounts in Malaysia is preferred.
- Experience engaging with general practitioners, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or other healthcare professionals is desirable.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly and manage a sales territory independently.
Skills Required
