Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, education, and training to customers.
- Develop and implement flawless methods for various products, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct engaging customer presentations, technical seminars, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with key scientific and educational leaders to deepen customer relationships.
- Build and present technical content for diverse platforms, including websites, seminars, and reports.
- Manage product-related issues and troubleshoot effectively at demo labs or customer sites.
- Generate and review technical application notes and contribute to global tech tools.
- Stay updated on current technology trends and scientific literature, sharing insights with the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience of over 5 years in working with LCMS/GCMS/ICPMS/HPLC
- Extensive background in the Food/Pharma/Biopharma industry/Commercial Testing Lab
- Ability to travel extensively (>70%) and provide onsite support.
- Strong interest in learning and supporting alternate techniques.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ambitious and collaborative great teammate with a positive outlook.
