IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a Product Sourcing Developer Intern working in Development Centre, Supply Area South East Asia.
Job DescriptionScope of assignment
Under Product Sourcing Developer’s observation and support:
- New Product samples order and follow up: Place order and follow up product sample for IKEA Communication to support global product launch and retail weeks (i.e. have the right product samples delivered on time, ensure smooth communication among all involved parties).
- Manage and secure Market Specific Orders: in both communication and working with business categories to meet retail expectation. Support to build up standardized processes.
- Order and payment handling for new product development cost: admin task in system including submit order and follow up payments after that.
- New products performance evaluation: Support PSD in new product performance follow-up/review for product that has been launched in the market and during NEWS hand-over to HFB.
Key deliverables
- Right product sample on time delivery.
- MS order on-time response.
- Secure payment on-time for new product development cost.
- 3rd or last year student with Internship Recommendation letter from their University
- Economic study is preferred.
- Good listening and communication skill
- Strong Leadership (proactive and drive attitude)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Accustomed to working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoints)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, team-work.
