Accountabilities
- Lovepop Site (Shopify - Lovepop.com)
- Setting up and launching new SKUs for Lovepop's new products/core products, following the merchandising quarterly plan, timely and reliable manner.
- Write product titles, product descriptions for PDP to optimize SEO for Design sentiment products (with support from AI - ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Product listing optimizations: ensuring the process & all product information, including size, price, shipping information, description, images/ video/ GIF, and others, is optimized
- Updating website content, price, or other information as per Marketing/Merchandising needs
- Ensuring proper tagging on all our items to drive a proper site experience
- Partnering with the different teams to prevent/resolve issues.
- ERP System (Odoo)
- Generating and setting up new SKUs for Lovepop's new products on the ERP System (Odoo - Manufacturing & Distribution): SKU creation and Taxonomy values setting up and Configure BOM and provide all other general information related to the manufacturing of products.
- Implement and instruct the setting of new products to the Production department, ensuring the production system runs correctly and smoothly through all functions/workflows of the manufacturing process.
- Making quick changes to adapt to the flexibility of manufacturing, programs, sales campaigns, etc
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in ERP systems or Marketplaces/ E-Commerce platforms is required.
- Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini,..) is a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in processing and analyzing large data (advanced functions, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting...).
- Experience working with large-scale product data tables, SKUs, BOMs,... (thousands of rows), ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Flexible in working time and ability to communicate in English with the US team. (TOEIC 650+, IELTS 5.5+, ect…)
- Ability to iterate and pivot quickly based on feedback and requirement changes.
- Logical thinking, careful, hardworking, patient, and cautious (to ensure the accuracy of figures and texts).
- Love to work with computers.
